The next phase of our masterplan, Phase 5, is currently underway just south of fairway #1. This exciting expansion will introduce a limited collection of 67 estate-style homes to our community.

As progress continues, our goal is to keep neighbors, golfers and guests informed while allowing the construction team to work safely and efficiently. Below, you’ll find answers to the most commonly asked questions. No. For safety reasons, we ask all golfers to refrain from entering the construction area.

The area outlined by the silt fence on holes #1 and #2 is designated as a No Play Zone and treated as an abnormal course condition. Relief may be taken under Rule 16.1f of the Rules of Golf (Local Rules, Section E-8). Relief is without penalty and allows for a drop within one club-length from the nearest point of complete relief.
