Will this new neighborhood be gated?
Yes, this will be a gated community.
Is this an age-restricted or active adult neighborhood?
No, this community is not part of the active adult section of San Juan Oaks.
What will the homes be priced at?

Will custom lots be available for sale?
At this time, the plan is to build and sell estate homes rather than offering custom lots.
Will the homes have golf course views?
Many homes will offer beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding terrain.
How large are the lots?
Lot sizes vary. Details will be shared as the project progresses
How long will construction take?
Roads and landscaping are expected to be complete by late next year. Home construction will continue over the following years.
When will homes be available for sale?
We don’t yet have a sales release date.
How close will the homes be to the fairway?
We’ve worked diligently to maintain a safe and respectful distance between homes and the fairway, particularly near tee boxes.
What’s the status of the hotel site?
There are approved plans for a 200-room hotel, but there is currently no update on the timeline.
Has this new phase been approved by the County?
Yes, all required approvals have been in place for several years.
Can golfers retrieve balls from the construction area?
No. For safety reasons, we ask all golfers to refrain from entering the construction area.
What happens if a golf ball lands in the construction zone?
The area outlined by the silt fence on holes #1 and #2 is designated as a No Play Zone and treated as an abnormal course condition. Relief may be taken under Rule 16.1f of the Rules of Golf (Local Rules, Section E-8). Relief is without penalty and allows for a drop within one club-length from the nearest point of complete relief.
